Application

We aim to make the application process as smooth and transparent as possible for all prospective families. Choosing the right school is an important decision, and our Admissions Team is here to support you every step of the way – from your first enquiry to your child’s first day at school.

Our goal is to ensure that each family feels well-informed and confident throughout the process. Below you’ll find an overview of the three key stages of our application journey, outlining what to expect and how to prepare for each step along the way.

 

Get Started

1. Submit the Enquiry Form
Begin by completing our online enquiry form. Once received, our Admissions Team will process your submission within seven days.

2. Interview & Online Application
We may invite you to learn more about you. Applications are then submitted (approx. 30–40 minutes). Please upload the following documents:

  • – Proof of identity (birth certificate, ID, or passport) for the student and parents

  • – Proof of sole custody (if applicable)

  • – For applicants from Grade 2 and above: two recent school reports

A non-refundable registration fee of EUR 100 is due upon submission. Please note: submission of an application does not guarantee a school place.

3. Review and Taster Day
Section Principals review all applications, arranging additional meetings if needed. Suitable candidates are invited to a taster day.

4. Feedback & Decision
The final decision is made by the Section Principal, usually within two weeks after the taster day.

Formalities

1. Official Offer
Successful applicants will receive an official place offer. Families have 14 days to accept or decline. After this, the offer expires.

2. Documentation
Once the offer is accepted, please submit the following documents:

  • – GDPR consent form

  • – Health form

  • – Measles vaccination proof

Families may apply for reduced fees by  at the LIS Fees Department. Fee calculations may take additional time.

3. Contracts and Signatures
Contracts are sent digitally via InSign; must be signed within 7 days.

First Day

1. Welcome Information
Approximately 14 days before the first day of school, families receive an Information Package via email, including an activation link for the Engage Parent Portal.

2. Catering Contract
As part of this package, families will receive the Catering Contract, which can be signed and sent directly to the catering company.

3. Digital and Locker Agreements 
Primary students: A consent form for digital device use must be signed via the Engage Parent Portal.
Secondary students: Locker contracts must be completed and sent directly to the Secondary Office.
