As the festive season approaches, we are thrilled to continue our cherished tradition of spreading joy and loving kindness by inviting you to participate in our annual seasonal presents collection for disadvantaged children in Leipzig.
As in previous years, a “Wish Tree” tree will be decorated in the entrance area of the school and the kindergarten, and the heartfelt wishes of needy children, written on small pieces of paper, will be placed in a box next to this tree. For your convenience, an online wish list has also been created for families to easily choose their gifts.
You have until mid-December (13th December) to choose one or more wish notes, buy the desired items, lovingly wrap them, clearly indicating the contents, and then drop them off at the designated locations:
Rest assured, the gifts will be personally delivered to the children shortly before the holidays.
Our chosen beneficiaries this year are the Autonomes Frauenhaus Leipzig (Leipzig women’s shelter) and Förderschule Zweenfurther Straße (a state school for mentally and physically disabled children) in Leipzig.
Please keep an eye out for our “Wish Trees” as you enter the school and kindergarten, and consider joining us in making this season truly special for these children.
Your generosity and kindness have always played a vital role in making this initiative a success, and we are very grateful for your continued support.
