Inquiry-Based Learning
Children are natural explorers. Our Inquiry-Based Approach (Units of Inquiry) nurtures their curiosity and independence. Educators design open-ended experiences that encourage children to ask questions, investigate ideas, and make discoveries through hands-on exploration.

Child-Led Interests
Learning is most powerful when it begins with the child’s own interests. Our educators follow children’s curiosity – transforming play into purposeful learning moments that build confidence and spark lifelong enthusiasm.

Developing Core Skills

EYFS Early Learning Goals
Our program supports development across key learning areas, including literacy, numeracy, physical coordination, and personal growth. These goals form a bridge to the structured learning of Primary School while maintaining the joy and creativity of early childhood.

Literacy and Mathematics
Our Read Write Inc. Phonics program (EY3) introduces children to reading and writing in playful, structured ways aligned with the Primary curriculum.
In Mathematics (EY1–EY3), children explore number concepts through hands-on, real-world experiences — measuring, sorting, building, and discovering patterns in their environment.

Bridging to Primary School

We maintain strong links between Kindergarten and Primary School to ensure a seamless learning journey. Shared activities and events include:

Reading Buddies (EY3) – connecting young readers with Primary students
Holiday Hort (EY3) – introducing children to the Primary setting during summer break
Sports Day & Step-Up Days – Primary learners connect with our Early Years children
Service Days – fostering empathy and community involvement

These experiences build familiarity, confidence, and a sense of belonging across the school.
