We are pleased to invite you to take a deeper insight into the two kindergartens managed by Leipzig International School on the following pages.
Leipzig International Kindergarten
The Leipzig International Kindergarten is an internationally accredited early childhood facility that has been open since August 2014. We provide an early education programme for children 1–6 years of age.
Our team comprises of internationally minded and experienced early childhood experts who provide the quality and unique aspect of our programme. Children are looked after in a warm, caring, stimulating environment which is set up to meet their specific needs.
A strong language programme throughout the Kindergarten gives children the start they need to develop into expressive communicators in both German and English.
The Käferhaus Kindergarten looks back on a long history. First opened in June 1974, the new building in Leipzig's Plagwitz district, completed in April 2009, now provides a caring environment for 180 children from the age of one until they start school.
The language of communication between educators and children is German.
The Käferhaus is a kindergarten run by Leipziger Kindergarten GmbH, which is a subsidiary of Leipzig International School GmbH.
