Neil has enjoyed over two decades in education and more than eighteen year in international education. Having worked in England and then at international schools in Egypt and Oman, Neil and his family spent eight years at the International School of Brussels in which he performed many roles, notably being the Head of the English Department and a Teacher Workshop Leader for the International Baccalaureate and for various professional development providers including InThinking.

He is extremely proud and honoured to be leading an excellent team of staff and teachers and leading the learning of the students of the school as Secondary Principal.
